Learner Support and First Year Transition

Ensure Ontario Tech University students have access to programming and services designed to proactively address academic and personal challenges that affect first to second year persistence.  

Initiatives currently underway include:

  • Inventory and communication of current student success initiatives
  • Enhance peer supports and peer mentorship
  • Develop relevant learning communities
